You will be hard-pressed to find a foal that looks better than she does....conformation, color, head, eye, hip, front end, everything. She's GOT IT ALL.

Ms Hancock Freckles "Rio" is WELL BRED and is the rare color Buckskin Roan with Dun markings.

Her sire is Mr Golden Freckles (palomino, 16HH), out of Colonel Freckles, Poco Bueno, Mr San Peppy, Hollywood Gold, Skipper W. This stud is the smoothest horse I have ever ridden. At 3 years old, he’s already almost broke for a child to ride. He has a great disposition and is very well put together.

Her dam is Heidi Whipp Hancock (bay roan, 15.2HH), out of Hancock, Dash for Cash, First Down Dash, First and Six, Beduino. This mare is sweet, smooth to ride, and dang gorgeous!

She is very well put together, strong, balanced, has fantastic conformation, a pretty head, a big hip, and tons of personality.

You can saddle, brush her, deworm, lead (just around the corral so far), and maul the crap out of her and she loves you for it. She was imprinted at birth and LOVES PEOPLE.

I put a saddle on her the other day just for fun and she didn't move a muscle...she just followed me around so I couldn't even get far away enough to take a good picture...that is how it usually goes with her.

I've been working with her on tying and she's doing well. I was leading her every other day until it snowed.

This filly is GOOD LOOKING. She has a very sweet personality and a lot of GO.

Rio does have a scar above the side of her left shoulder blade from a barbed wire accident when she was 2 months old. It is completely healed and probably won't be noticable in the next year or two. It does NOT interfere with anything. It doesn't fall under the saddle area, and does not affect her performance whatsoever.

She's super quick to turn...she cuts the dog when out in the arena. She's FAST, too. She outran our other adult mare when she was 3 months old.
