Tagaelen is a medium weight, compact and powerful young stallion with a wonderful willing attitude, strong work ethic, and a bold expression that always catches the eye of the audience when he enters the ring. He possesses wonderful ground covering, uphill movement with natural suspension and steady rhythm.

He has been very successful since beginning his career at the breed shows as a weanling , always in the ribbons and bringing home many top honors including; 1st place 3yr old Canadian Sport Horse, Senior Champion Canadian Sport Horse, Grand Champion Canadian Sport Horse, and the Governor General's Cup, all at the prestigious Royal Winter Fair in Toronto in the fall of 2003!

Tagaelen shows great promise in all disciplines, winning his first horse trials out of 30 entrants at the age of four with a good dressage score and a clean cross-country phase.

Tagaelen is very social and accepting of his equine neighbours in the barn, and when outside he never fails to canter over to the fence at the mere possibility of a pat and a kind word from his people.

Tagaelen has proven his fertility by having all the mares bred to him his first breeding season settle on their first insemination. His foals are consistently very correct and possess wonderful kind temperaments.
