Approved Canadian Warmblood Stallion - Refining Sire

Kingston successfully completed the 2000 Cw Stallion 30 day Performance Test as Reserve Champion with good and equal indexes for dressage and jumping. He earned '10' for his Willingness to Work with '9's' for Character & Temperament, the top scores for his canter, and good scores for jumping scope & technique.

Kingston is a pleasure to show with naturally good paces and easy going manner. At recognized CEF dressage competitions, under judges such as Lisolette Fore and Hilda Gurney, he saw ribbons every time with dressage scores in the high 60% including three 70+%. At the jumper shows he is bold and brave with effortless scope over all types of fences. In 2003. Kingston competed in combined training. With limited outings, he regularly won the dressage segment (as does his son Southern Panache), showing boldness and scope cross country, all while competing in a rubber snaffle! Please visit our web site for more photographs of Kingston and his progeny.

Kingston's sire, Martin's Worry, is the proven sire of champions in hunter, jumper and combined training in Canada and the U.S.A. From his sire, Kingston has inherited superb rideability and a fabulous canter - acknowledged by the judges at the his performance test with the only '8' they awarded for canter. His dam Ariena, herself a star mare, is by Naturel generally considered to be the best approved Lucky Boy xx son. Ariena's dam is by the preferent Dutch stallion Kristal.

Naturel was 3- and 4-year-old Champion at the national stallion inspection in Utrecht. He was the absolute topper of the performance test with 8.7 for the riding test, 8 for jumping under saddle and 9 for free jumping. His offspring are not only valued for their sport performance, but also for their sound constitution. In the 1993 Breeding Values of stallions for dressage and jumping, 8-yr-old and older progeny, Naturel was with a jumping index of 112/reliability percentage 94% and a dressage index of 111/reliability percentage 92%. In the 1996/97 WBFSH International Breeding Guide, Naturel shows 5 get competing internationally since 1990 - 2 jumpers and 3 dressage horses. Naturel has been in the top 100 dressage sires in 1995/96 and 1990/96.
