Campesino, Approved and Licensed by the German Holsteiner Verband, is the only son of the legendary foundation sire, Capitol I, standing in North America with that distinction. In addition to Campesino, Capitol I is the sire of Cassini I & II, Calato, Carthago, Dobel's Cento, Clearway, Indoctro, Carolus I & II, Cardento and other International and Olympic Showjumpers.
Campesino, a Grand Prix winner himself, is the sire of current World Cup Horse Carlos Boy, as well as numerous International Showjumpers and Verband Approved Mares. He is the sire of Bundeschampionat foals and US born Premium Foals, including the highest scoring foal on the 2007 RPSI North American Approvals Tour
