Black Pure Polish Arab at Stud - Aladdinn Bask bred
Opus Zone is a 2004 black pure Polish son of Canadian reserve national futurity colt Opus One+. His pedigree is filled with champions from top to bottom. He is Triple *Bask++, double *Aladdinn and double Czort. He also has 5 lines to Witraz and 18 to Ofir. Both of his grandsires are US National halter champions, being AAF Kaset+ and Strike. He posses excellent confirmation and bloodlines, but the icing on the cake is his black color!! His first foal on the ground is gorgeous and three mares are expecting his foals in 2009, all of which will be pure Polish.
SIRE SIDE: Opus One's show career includes the prestigious Canadian National Futurity Champion Reserve, two time Canadian National Top Ten and Scottsdale Top Ten. Opus One+ has achieved outstanding records in both Halter and Performance. In 1999, he received the Purebred Arabian Legion of Honor Award. Opus One+ is by National Champion Stallion AAF Kaset, who holds the rare "TRIPLE CROWN" title, named US National Champion, Canadian National Champion, and Scottsdale Show Champion all in the same year. AAF Kaset is by US National Champion Stallion *Aladdinn, out of one of the best Negatiw daughters, *Kaseta.
Opus One+ is out of the bay *Bask++ daughter Basrina, who is out of the *Sambor daughter Sir WMS Csarina. *Sambor was one of the best Arabians ever raced on the tracks in Poland and the US. Here in the US, *Sambor was named National Champion Race Horse and later proved himself as a producer, siring many race winners. *Sambor's dam *Sabellina, was famous on the track herself, winning the Derby in Poland. Genetically, Opus One+ represents a Kuhailan type of Arabian, with five crosses to the great Kuhailan Haifi in his pedigree.
DAM SIDE: Saturnia is a daughter of US Triple Crown halter winner, Strike who won 1985 Scottsdale Grand Champion Stallion, 1985 Canadian National Champion Stallion, and 1985 US National Champion Stallion. He was a sire of US National Champions in halter and performance.
Strike is a son of U.S. National Champion Stallion *ALADDINN, the leading living pure Polish sire of champions with 266 champions and 63 National winners through 1997. *ALADDINN has sired 24 National Champions in halter and performance. *ALADDINN offspring are significant breeding horses. Through 1997, 69 of his get have produced National winners.
STRIKE's dam was one of the breed's most beautiful mares. GWYNDALYN, produced 7 champions, four of them National winners: STRIKE, Canadian Top Ten Gelding BUSZWYN, Canadian Reserve National Champion Futurity Mare and Top Ten Mare GWYNDYNA and U.S. Top Ten Futurity Colt FYREPOWER VF. GWYNDALYN is by U.S. National Champion Stallion and Park *BASK++, the breed's all-time leading sire of champions. Her dam, National winner producer *GWYN, is also the dam of Canadian Top Ten Western Pleasure BOLD DESTINY+ and of junior halter champion GWYDION, both full brothers to GWYNDALYN and sires of National winners.
SATURNIA is out of the excellent *BASK++ daughter BOLD ELEGANCE, giving SATURNIA two lines to him. BOLD ELEGANCE is out of the imported mare *DOKTRYNA, a paternal sister to U.S. National Champion English Pleasure *MUZ1JLMANIN++. Her dam *KANOSSA is out of a paternal sister to U.S. National Champion Stallion *EL PASO out of a full sister to COMET, sire of 11 National winners including U.S. National Champions in Park and English pleasure.
Opus Zone is sweepstakes nominated. His 2009 stud fee is $700 Arabs & TBs, $600 for part bred and other breeds, $500 for grade mares plus $6 a day mare care. Stud fee includes $150 booking fee and comes with a Live foal guarantee. Which means I will breed him back for the cost of mare care only, till you get a foal. Even out of a different mare if needed.
